I'm Plant Chef Grace.. Your Chef, and Nutritionist that cares. In 2017, motivated by my love for animals, I went cold turkey vegetarian. In 2020, motivated by my health as a human and a Woman, I omitted dairy products from my diet. 6 years later, and I have learned soo much more about nutrition and the benefits eating a predominately plant-based diet, or eating whole and unprocessed foods, than when I began.
I am not an advocate for veganism. I am an advocate for health, for whole foods, for a natural way of eating and living. I believe there is a diet out there best suited for everyone, and though varying from omnivorism to alkaline to even raw fruitarians, the common ground remains in all... The prioritized consumption of whole, natural, real and unprocessed foods. We have every thing that we need.
Over the years I have had my own significant journey with both weight and nutrition. Through my own experience, I have grown extremely passionate about the impact a proper and balanced nutrition has on not just the body but our minds and spirits as well. Just recently I have begun healing my digestive system and gut health by growing my awareness of how my body digests and receives certain foods. I am so thankful for the progress I have made!
After a few years of cooking my own vegetarian and vegan meals, I suddenly felt to cook for others! In May 2021 I began cooking meal preps and making fresh pressed juices that I sold as packages to my friends and family. That step led me to continue building what is now PCG Nutrition. A company built to establish healthy eating habits through means of educational and consulting nutrition services and wholesome food & drink options.
